MP Capping

Something is wrong and support claims everything is fine. Theyre capping MP. Had long streaks with top 3 and only getting 7MP after each win even when i place 1st place several times in a row the MP wont increase it stays at 7MP. and even after a few 1st pace wins its drops to 6MP Even placing 5 or 6 i get 7MP. Players are being capped and they arent saying anything about it. I havnt gotten above 7MP in literally 2 days no matter how well my streak is . Im Black glove 4 fingers. Many top players 100 players dropped in rank all of a sudden i bet they're having the same issue.
