Everytime I finish Item Mode, Game Crash (PS4)

This is a new glitch that I got since last night, whenever I finish Item Mode follow up seeing the Racing Results (when you see characters celebrate) the game will crash on the loading screen and sometimes once you see the results and try to close out.

This glitch is a recent occurrence for me, starting from last night. After completing Item Mode and transitioning to view the Racing Results (where characters celebrate), the game consistently crashes on the loading screen. Occasionally, it also crashes when attempting to close out after viewing the results.
