Yes, you can claim even if your PCP agreement ended years ago. Many claims go back as far as six years, sometimes longer. James bought a used car in 2017 but recently learned that he had been charged undisclosed commissions. He visited pcp claims and found that he could still take action. If your car finance contract was unfair, you may be entitled to compensation. Time limits can vary, so acting sooner rather than later is a good idea.
