Are Direct Advertisers Worth It?

I’ve mostly worked with regular CPA networks, but I’ve heard direct advertiser networks offer higher payouts and better support. I’m thinking of switching, but I don’t want to jump into something that doesn’t work. Have you had success working with direct Nutra advertisers, and which ones would you recommend?
