It tells me that it cannot find the .dll and I have to re-install the application.
But after re-installing it the error still appears. What can I do?

    Hi herjun,

Sorry to hear that you're having a problem. I've passed this along, and I will let you know if I hear anything.
In the meantime, what platform (Steam, Nexon Launcher) are you trying to use?

    Hello,

After reporting your issue, I have some steps suggested by our Senior GM. Hopefully this will help with your issue.

    - First, restart computer via Clean Boot -> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
    - Open Windows Start Menu and click on Control Panel.
    - Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
    - In the list of programs, select Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable(x86).
    - Follow prompts to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update(x86) from your computer.
    - Once it has been uninstalled, download the newest Microsoft Visual C++ 2015/17/19 Redistributable Update(vc_Redist.x86) and install it again (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads)
