While not exactly a bug, most would probably agree that the game menus are bad (bad UI design).
This is because they are NOT LINEAR and have both left/right and up/down menu items/tabs all on the same screen. The Xbox One OS team recently recognized this and fixed/cleaned/simplified the Xbox One OS menus in a similar way.
In addition to linearity, you don't need to have ugly button icons (e.g. press "X", press "Y") next to each menu item. We can just use up/down/left/right to move and highlight/select what we want in a CLEAN LINEAR menu.
If you want a good example of how to do a game menu well/cleanly, test out Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled on Xbox One.
Please clean up and simplify the game menus.
