Frozen frame and keyboard setting

Not the most capable computer but can run game like NSF 17. When in multiple player mode, frame freezes for a second or two right upon starting. When many players in the frame, screen freezes occasionally. When items are deployed, somewhat likely to freeze. In tutorial mode when items are used for the first time, very almost always freezes.
After changing keyboard settings for drift and item use, the setting works until the game is closed. When opening it again, the setting for those two keys are lost. No problem with direction keys settings.
