Is the server open?

It's nearly an hour past opening and it says can not connect to the server.

    If I go through the CET schedule, there is still about 9h~ until they open the servers at 2AM (2:00). I hope they will open it much sooner because I really don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to play this game..or am I?
