PS4 closed beat code redeem error - wrong region

Hello!
I received a beta code for ps4 but cannot activate it. When I try to activate it in the ps store from console, I get the error "This code is not valid for the country / region specified in your account" (WS-45480-1)
Also can't activate it from web ps store, no error code but same "wrong region".
My main account russian region, I've also tried it on my secondary UK region account - same error.
What to do? Thanks!
