Cannot claim "Daily Reward" cosmetics

I cannot claim "Daily Rewards" cosmetics since the launch of beta. The only reward I could claim was the first cart. The rest are still locked, even if I logged in to the game everyday. Could you help me? I would like getting the "Iron Neo" skin, but because of this issue I cannot do much.
