game searching bug

It searches for the game for 5 minutes, as a result, automatically stops the search, then again like this, and so for an hour of playing zero games, although I have restricted in the search settings. And when I find a game, I'm thrown into an Asian server, where people with 500 ping teleport back and forth, and model cars knock me down.
