G.p.u. at 100% in the Garage

My g.p.u. is pegged at 100% in the garage every time i use the garage also my c.p.u. keeps spiking to 100% use the dropping again in game while racing the g.p.u. never goes above 70% and c.p.u. is steady i only get the problem in the garage as i said before racing is fine so is lobby and all the progression pages ie shop events and racing pass all fine any help please
