Water Bomb Delayed Conclusion

The animation for the Water Bomb is broken. The effect of the item remains in its affected area despite the fact that the animation has concluded and disappeared. On multiple occasions I've been trapped in a water bomb whose dome had already fallen beneath the ground right before I passed through the area.
