"Celebrated" awards don't progress as expected

Hi!
While browsing through the awards menu I noticed that my "celebrated" award tells me that I gathered 127 trophies, which doesn't seem much since I just completed the racing pass.
I didn't do the math but for sure it must take more than 300 trophies (maybe 400?) to complete it.
I play on the steam version.
