Why is Rex dancing?

Ok lol. I thought I was imagining it at first but looks like there's an emote of Rex dancing. He was vibing in the first place after the race and turns out those seems to be real players instead of bots. But I looked all over the game and I couldn't get those emotes.

Does anybody else seen it and knows what's up?

    The Rex emotes were from the Smiles for Miles event several weeks ago. I don't think those emotes are obtainable at this time.

    Actually, correction: I just found it in the Premium Pass. It is still obtainable but only for those who bought the premium pass
