Liveries / Wrap Designs Not Showing In Party

When playing in a party via Steam, neither the other party members nor I could see each other's liveries / wrap designs. Though I could see my own.

I was playing via Steam, the second party member was playing via PlayStation 5 and the third was playing via mobile on iOS. We all only saw the default skin for each other's vehicles. However, when playing without a party the other racer's liveries / wrap designs were shown.

NOTE: The option to display liveries is ON.
