Did not get my Scrap Toby

I installed this game on Desktop with launcher and Steam, and on ios, android and ps4. For the last few days on steam and launcher the game does not run, just runs the intro then closes. I checked yesterday on steam and it said last played today. Ok, i though the Scrap Toby is guaranted. Did not had time yesterday to run on any other plataforms. Today I tryed to log in again with steam or launcher and still has the same problem. The I went to ios to log in and realized that I did not get to Scrap Toby. Cmom ... U really want people to give up.
