Stuttering after countdown.

Like every 1 out of 5 games, when the countdown ends and I am performing the starting boost, the game just stutters for a second, and I will be the last one to start off. I understand it may has something to do with network latency, but it happens whenever the latency indicator is green or red; it even happens in the time attack mode, which makes no sense at all.
