Countdown not showing up & Can't Move

There is a serious issue that is random where once the game loads, the Countdown Timer doesn't display & you can't move. The game will either A. All racers move but you can't or B. Racers are complete standstill (at least anyone experience this glitch on their screen) but they're doing something like boosting or shooting items while not moving (for players display). This has been costing Me points in Grand Prix Speed Mode, & its a huge problem that needs to be fixed.
