i start the game it gets stuck on loading screen

i dowonload it and it just got stuck on loading screen

    May I ask which platform you are using? (PC --Steam /Nexon Launcher; or Mobile etc)

    I'm also new to the game and I'm getting stuck on the loading screen after the cinematic, it's just a infinite loading circle on a big blue button.
