Can't connect to game on mobile from steam

Hello, my friend kankii (kr in game name) is unable to connect to his account via mobile after entering from steam and automaticaly create an account.

He gave me his email (from steam), and i cant resquest a new password for his email says it doesn't exist.

anyway to check in game what is his nexon id? (himself) or what email is he using in this account in order to play on mobile too?

im searching on my game and i find also no information about my account only my account name but that doesn't give me options to retrieve info since kart rider is not an option to in game char recovery
