Cloud item problem

In item mode the cloud item is supposed to blind people right. Well it doesn’t actually blind anyone you just run through it the animation happens and that’s it it doesn’t even actually blind people this is a problem I ran into a lot when playing item mode so if you could please fix that I would be great.

    It's working as intended. Cloud cover blocks visibility of the track ahead until someone drives through it. A lot of people just throw it in random places so it can seems pretty pointless. When well placed it's actually a very useful item, for example using it right before ramps, turns, or narrow paths can make it very difficult for opponents to line up their kart properly and cause them to crash. It also combos very well with banana peels since players won't even know to dodge until it's too late.

    The item was eventually replaced with an improved version in the original KartRider that temporarily blinded the player who drove through it as you described, but for now it looks like we have the classic one.
