I completely understand the frustration and concerns about the current state of the game, and I want to acknowledge how impactful these issues have been for the Western community.

Queue / Matchmaking: It’s clear that the matchmaking issues are making the game unplayable for many. Expanding the rank and region ranges, as well as utilizing a pool builder to better manage matchmaking pools, would indeed help in finding more consistent games. Additionally, it would be great to see the removal of item maps from the speed matchmaking pool, as those maps don’t cater to the preferences of speed players.

Ping / Rubberbanding / Teleporting: The problems with high ping players causing rubberbanding and teleporting are seriously affecting gameplay. This issue became prominent after the February 16th patch, and addressing it should be a top priority. If the underlying cause can be pinpointed and resolved, potentially with adjustments to how the pool builder manages ping issues, it would significa
