Q: I met a malicious Racer. What do I do?A: If you encounter a malicious racer in the game, you can report them through the game's report feature.
Reporting while in a custom race lobby:
1. Click the person you want to report and tap the Report button.
2. You can only report offensive behavior and other reasons while preparing a custom race match.
Reporting from the lobby screen:
1. Click the Report button in the lobby menu.
2. The list of players you have played with most recently is displayed, and click the person you want to report.
3. Select a reason for the report and write a detailed description of the situation to submit the report.
4. If you select the Block option when submitting the report, the person will be blocked.

■ Report Quantity Limit
To prevent bad actors from abusing the report system, we have implemented some rules regarding how often you can Report. You will be limited from reporting according to the following rules:
1. If you surpass 10 reports within 1 minute
2. If you report the same racer more than 5 times per day
Q: What are the Grand Prix ranks and their criteria?
1. Grand Prix Ranks
- Divided into Challenger > Bronze > Silver > Gold > Master > Grandmaster.
- Challenger is a racer who haven't played a single race after the Grand Prix started.
- For Challenger rank, racers will be placed based on a minimum of 5 placement matches.
However, racers with the previous season's Grand Prix record will have the GPP calculated by reflecting the previous season's GPP.
2. GPP Criteria per Rank
- Determined based on the GPP calculated daily between 9 AM - 10 AM (UTC +9).

Q: I want to know more about Grand Prix tracks.
Q: I didn't get the Grand Prix rewards.
A: The Grand Prix rewards are given 24 hours after the season ends. They are given to racers who meet the following criteria.
- Played at least 10 races per Grand Prix mode (normal finish). For example, 12 races in Speed Grand Prix and 8 races in Item Grand Prix only qualifies you for Speed GP Rewards.
- Given when logging in 24 hours after season ends, and are available until the end of the next season
Q: Are there perks for using the PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass subscription services?
A: You can receive the rewards below each season for using the PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass subscription services.

A: When Challenges reset depends on the type of Challenge.

- These are special missions for racers who purchased the Premium Racing Pass.
- Premium Challenges are unlocked weekly (Thursday at 12:00 AM UTC) and they reset when the season ends.

- There are ‘Season Event Challenges’ that can be done during the season and "Off Season Event Challenges" that can be done during the off season.

Q: When are the Event Challenges available?
A: In the Event Challenges, there are "Grand Prix Event Challenges" that can be done during the season and "Off Season Event Challenges" that can be done during the off season.

- 3 Event Challenge missions are provided each week. They reset every Thursday at 12:00 AM UTC.
[Off Season Event Challenges]
- These Challenges can only be done during the off season. They are available January 25th (Thur) 9 AM - February 15th (Thur) 9 AM – UTC +9.
- There is no separate reset time. These are missions that can be done once during the off season.
Q: What are the Challenges rewards?
A: Challenges are composed of Daily / Weekly / Event Challenges. The rewards for each type of Challenges are as follows.
- Daily Challenges: Trophy

2) Premium: Can participate by purchasing Premium Racing Pass

Q: When does the weekly limit for Lucci reset?
A: You can obtain up to 30,000 Lucci weekly, and the weekly Lucci limit resets every Thursday at 9 AM, (UTC+9). Lucci that can be earned from a Racing Pass or events don't count towards the daily acquisition limit.
Q: Why can’t I list a decal in the Decal Market?
A: It takes a certain amount of time when a decal is listed to appear in the Decal Market. It will be listed according to the time when the Decal Market data is updated.
If the decal design/image violates the UGC policy, the listing of that decal is canceled and won't be listed. The creator may also be penalized.
Please note that it could take up to a few days for your decal to get listed due to the data update and review process.
Q: I found an inappropriate decal listed in the Decal Market!
A: If you find an inappropriate decal while using the Decal Market, please use the [Report] feature.-
- Select the decal and click the [Report] menu. Then you can select categories such as "adult", "disgust", "violence", or "spoof" to proceed.
- The same decal can be reported only once. You can report decals up to 3 times a day per Nexon account.
- A decal that is reported a certain number of times will be removed from the market and suspended according to operation policy.
False Reporter Penalty-
- If the report is reviewed and no violations are found, suspension of the reported decal will be lifted. In this case the reporter will be regarded as a false reporter.
The false reporter will receive the following penalty based on the cumulative number of false reports made.-
- 3 cumulative false reports: cannot report for 7 days
- 4-6 cumulative false reports: cannot report for 14 days
- 7+ cumulative false reports: cannot report for 30 days
Q: How do I Quick Chat?
A: Quick Chat can be accessed in lobby or custom race rooms via [Communication] feature. You can set Favorites for the chats you utilize frequently in [Lobby - Communication - Quick Chat], and they will be displayed to racers in party or racers in the same customer race lobby as you.
Q: Why can’t I pick up items in Item Mode?
A: To prevent abuse in Item Mode, the item box will become semi-transparent and you can't pick up items for a certain period if you have picked up 2 or more items from the same spot.
You can pick up items normally in other sections.
Q: Tell me about the Excluded Tracks feature.
A: The Excluded Tracks feature allows you to set up to 3 tracks you don't want to play when getting matched. Excluded Tracks can be set up in [Options].
Excluded Tracks are set up separately for Item Mode and Speed Mode and are not applied in Grand Prix. When getting matched as a party, only the tracks selected by the party leader will be excluded.
Q: What is the Party Finder?A: Party Finder is a feature that allows you to randomly find other racers to play with. Press the [Lobby > Social > Party > Party Finder] button within the game to find a party.
Note that some features are restricted while Party Finder is in progress.

Here are the features of Party Finder:
- Party Custom Race Entry Feature
> Your current party is disbanded after entering a custom race.
- "Ready to Race Request" Feature
> If a party member is not ready, the [Ready] or [Quick Match] button displays as [Ready Check] button.
> [Ready Check] will request that party member to get ready.
- Party Leave Feature
> Press the Leave Party button in [Lobby > Social > Party] in the game to leave the party.
Q: Why did my friend request disappear?
A: You can store up to 50 friend requests. If you get additional friend requests, the oldest friend requests will be deleted.
Also, friend requests are stored up to 30 days. They are automatically deleted when the period ends.
Q: Why do I only get matched with tracks of the same difficulty in Item Mode and Speed Mode?
A: Please check the following as they may affect the types of tracks that you are matched with.
Change Matching Options
- Set the track difficulty in [Options] for Item Mode/Speed Mode to get matched.
- Check and see if you have only tracks of certain difficulty as a selected option.

Q: I can't purchase items because the Shop button is disabled.
A: Please check your party status if the Shop button is disabled. Entry to the Shop is restricted if Party Finder is in progress or if you sent a party invite and you’re waiting for the other player to accept.
Also, keep in mind that the Shop cannot be used if you joined a party or are waiting to get matched!
Q: Why won’t my replays save?
A: If your replays aren't saving, please check the following.
- The Save Replay setting must be turned on from [Settings - General - Replay].
- Only replays of games that are closed normally are saved, and any races that you leave in the middle won't have its replay saved.
- Replays may not save if the lap time is too long.
I don't see the item log in Item Mode!
A: You can view the item usage record for yourself and other racers in Item Mode. The record will be displayed when you use the item, and it will display if the item successfully hits or was blocked. (Angel Armor is displayed upon use)
If you don't see the item usage record, make sure to enable "Show Item Log" from [Settings] -> [Gameplay].
What is Flag Mode?
A: Flag Mode is a game mode that has been newly added to the Season 3 Mode Lab and has made its return for Mid-Season 4 Update.
This is a game mode where a team of 4 racers attempt to take flags placed on the track and bring them back to your team's zone to score points.

How do I repeatedly practice a certain section in Time Attack?
A: You can use the following features in Time Attack by designating a track location you want to practice and drive repeatedly.

- What is an RP/Lucci Bonus Ticket? It is an item that can be used to obtain additional RP/Lucci when races are completed in certain modes.
- RP/Lucci Bonus Ticket can be applied by selecting the desired item in the Garage > Items tab and pressing [Use].
*Lucci obtained through the RP/Lucci Bonus Ticket are included in the weekly Lucci limit.
*RP/Lucci obtained through the RP/Lucci Bonus Ticket are obtained immediately instead of being sent to your mailbox.
*If you obtain RP/Lucci Bonus Tickets with the same effect, the use period will be stacked (extended).

STANDARD CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Definitions:
“Sponsor” means Nexon America Inc., 621 Hawaii St., El Segundo, CA 90245.
“Entry” means a submission, an activity or set of activities directed by the Sponsor and completed and/or submitted by a Participant as part of a Promotion and in accordance with these Rules.
“Participant” means an eligible current player of Sponsor's game, KartRider: Drift, submitting an Entry to participate in the Promotion, subject to Section 2 (Participant Eligibility) below.
“Promotion” means the Miso's Mystery! promotional event held by the Sponsor.
“Promotion Period” means the period starting on August 21, 2023 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time and ending on September 1, 2023 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
“Rules” means these Standard Contest Rules.
2. Participant Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to Participants who: (a) have never been banned or suspended, or had an account banned or suspended, for hacking or similar violations of Sponsor’s license agreements and/or Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.nexon.com/main/en/legal/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://www.nexon.com/main/en/legal/tou); and (b) are at least thirteen (13) years of age as of the start of the Promotion Period. Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must have their parent or legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Promotion, and must provide evidence of such permission to Sponsor in whatever form required if requested by Sponsor. Employees, officers and directors of Nexon America Inc., its affiliated companies, agents thereof, the immediate family of any such person (defined as parents, children, siblings and husband or wife), or those with whom such person(s) are domiciled, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to these Rules: Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Entry Timing: Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Participants are responsible for calculating the difference in time zones.
5. How to Participate: To participate in the Promotion, Participant must submit an Entry during the Promotion Period in accordance with the following:
a. Solve the Mystery correctly!
b. Submit your entry through our provided Form.
c. Provide your Discord Name along with your entry.
6. Mail-in Entry: You may enter the Promotion by printing (in the following order) on a standard 4" x 6" postcard the Member ID you are assigned and identify the server you are connecting to and mail it to: Nexon America Inc., 621 Hawaii St., El Segundo, CA 90245 ("Mail in Entry for Miso's Mystery!"). Mail-in Entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period. You will receive one (1) entry into a random prize drawing. Only potential winners will be notified in-game, and will be posted on Sponsor's Forum page. LIMIT ONE (1) MAIL-IN ENTRY PER PERSON, E-MAIL ADDRESS, SURVEYMONKEY CONTRIBUTE ACCOUNT, OR POSTCARD.
7. Content Guidelines. All Entries submitted to Sponsor as part of the Promotion must comply with the following :
a. Complete the items specified in Section 5.
b. Not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement;
c. Not in any way disparage Sponsor, any of its products or services, the Promotion, or any person or party affiliated with the Promotion, or alternatively appear to promote any direct competitor of Sponsor;
d. Not contain text or imagery that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
e. Not include threats (expressed or implied) to any person, place, business, or group;
f. Not violate the privacy rights or any other rights of any person, business, or group;
g. Not name or depict any real life third party without his/her permission;
h. Not contain text or imagery that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
i. Not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the image is created.
Any Entry that violates the above guidelines will not be eligible to be judged or awarded a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible or misdirected Entry, which will be disqualified/not counted (as applicable), or for any error, whether human, technical or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, such as using automated submission or image generation software, or to be acting in violation of these Standard Contest Rules. Any inappropriate content (both visual and verbal) will be disqualified, and the Sponsor reserves the right to immediately ban the Participant from the applicable platform. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Participant, the authorized account holder of the account that is used to participate in the Promotion will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address registered for the account.
8. Intellectual Property: By submitting an Entry as part of this Promotion, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
a. Participant irrevocably grants to the Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditional and perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the Entry or any part thereof as-is or edited (with or without using any Participant’s name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from any Participant or any other party.
b. Participant forever waives any rights of copyrights, trademark rights, privacy rights, and any other legal or moral rights that may preclude the Sponsor’s use of the Entry, or require any Participant’s permission for the Sponsor to use the Entry.
c. Participant agrees not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Sponsor on the grounds that use of the Entry, or any derivative works thereof, infringes any rights that any Participant or third party may have as creator (or co-creator) of the Entry including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, and moral rights.
d. Participant irrevocably grants to Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns an unconditional, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to use the Participant’s name, image, voice, and other likenesses that are included in the entry or which are shared with Sponsor as part of Participant’s participation in the Promotion, in any media now known or later invented for any commercial purpose, including without limitation advertising or marketing of Sponsor’s products and services, without further compensation or the right to approve such uses.
9. Potential Winner Selection: After the Promotion Period has ended, Sponsor will select Ten (10) potential winners at random from among all eligible Entries.
The potential prize winners will be notified on or after the date of selection at the contact information provided by such winners to Sponsor (or other means of communication as Sponsor may select). The potential prize winners may be asked to submit additional personal information in order to confirm eligibility and award the prize. Potential prize winner may also be asked to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility or Declaration of Compliance (as may be applicable given the location of the potential prize winner) unless this is prohibited by law. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the notification within the 15 day time period following notification, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit or Declaration within the aforementioned 15 day period, he/she will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to the alternate potential winner to be chosen based upon the winner selection criteria described in this Section. Each Participant may be a potential winner only one (1) time per Promotion.
10. Prizes: Once confirmed, the prizes to be awarded to each winner in connection with the Promotion will be:
• Ten (10) random winners will receive a Hot Air Balloon and Shark Teeth License Plate!
Limit one (1) prize package per Participant. Any prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If applicable, credits, virtual items or other prizes are in-game items and have no cash value. No cash or other substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize (or part thereof) is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. The winners are responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Winners will be responsible for payment and reporting of all applicable taxes associated with the receipt and usage of a prize. Sponsor may report the receipt of any prize to the appropriate federal, state, or local taxing agency(ies). Please allow at least thirty (30) days from completion of the judging process for the in-game prizes to be reflected in the winners’ accounts.
11. Warranties and Representations: By submitting an entry or otherwise participating in the Promotion, each Participant warrants and represents that: (a) the entry is original to the Participant, (b) the entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or any other rights of any third party; (c) the entry does not violate any law, regulation or any provision of these Official Rules; (d) the entry has not previously been entered in any other contest or promotion; (e) the entry has not been previously published in any medium; (f) the Participant has read and understood these Official Rules; (g) at all times the Participant has complied fully with these Official Rules; and (h) the Participant will continue to comply in full with these Official Rules until the Promotion has been completed.
12. Privacy and Publicity: Except as set forth herein, all information submitted by Participants in the Promotion will be treated according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.nexon.com/main/en/legal/privacy). Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and country and state or province of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
13. Indemnification: By entering, Participants agree to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, and the agents, officers, directors, and employees of each (collectively the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to:
a. any technical errors that may prevent Participants from participating in any way;
b. unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion;
c. errors in the administration of the Promotion; and
d. injury, death or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including any such claim by the Released Parties’ employees or any third parties.
Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
14. Disputes: Except where prohibited, all Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California, United States of America. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
15. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes from among the submissions received up to the time of the impairment. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We have taken action against players found to be in violation of our policies and Terms of Use. Please see below for a detailed report on these actions.
We will continue to improve our process to ensure a pleasant, fair, and welcoming environment for all.
We ask Racers to actively report players breaking the rules using the "Report" feature in-game.
To report a player please navigate to the Lobby and either select [Menu] -> [Report] OR select [Social] and select the Racer’s name in any section it appears.

▶ Unauthorized Program Use
We have banned the following players confirmed to be using unauthorized programs. (Total of 1 Racers)
▶ Inappropriate Livery Removal
We removed offensive or inappropriate livery creations created by the following players. (Total of 50 Racers)
▶ Inappropriate Racer Name
We forcibly changed some players’ inappropriate racer names to appropriate nicknames if their names violated the naming policy, such as using expletives or obscenities. Game restrictions may be placed on these accounts based on the number of offenses.

- Action was taken on accounts both reported by the community and accounts discovered to be in violation by our own monitoring.
